STROY MONTAJ BUILDING LLC was founded as an alliance of experienced engineers and specialists in construction and installation works. Over 8 years we have delivered EPC contracts on dozens of kilometres of main pipelines, several GDS facilities and a 32 MW compressor station.
Our company specialises in the full scope of pipeline installation works, including geodetic surveys and land-use planning followed by general construction. We have experience on investment projects (EPC contracts) at construction sites of the Uzbek oil & gas sector.

Six steps from brief to handover
Transparent process with stage-by-stage quality control and official as-built documentation.
Brief and pre-design
We receive the scope of work or tender documentation. We meet with the client and review object requirements, deadlines and regulations.
Site visit and survey
Our geodetic crew visits the site, runs surveys, inspects the route or area and captures baseline data.
BOQ and technical solution
We prepare a commercial proposal, bill of quantities and technological map. Materials and equipment are agreed with the client.
Contract and mobilisation
We sign the contractor agreement or EPC contract. Crews, equipment, temporary structures and field camp are mobilised to the site.
CIW with stage-by-stage QC
We execute the works per the approved design with stage-by-stage quality control, NDT of weld joints and full HSE journals.
Handover and warranty
Acceptance testing, commissioning, transfer of as-built documentation. Warranty service under the contract.
